The Crafty Nest prides itself on offering personalization such as family names, dates, etc.. This requires preparing and cutting each guest’s craft prior to the event. For that reason, we have the following cancelation policies:
Public Craft Night Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance of a public craft night will be granted a credit for any future Crafty Nest workshop. Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance of a public craft night will be granted a credit for a Crafty Nest workshop to be used within the same month.
Private Party Cancellation Policy
Private parties that are cancelled by the host within 10 days of the event will result in the host forfeiting their deposit. All other party guests will have a choice of picking up their raw materials to make at home, or pay an additional $15 for The Crafty Nest to complete their project. Parties cancelled by host outside of 10 days prior to their event will result in the host forfeiting their deposit, and all other guests will be fully refunded.
Safety Waiver
I understand that I will use and/or be exposed to drills, hammers, mallets,
nails, sand paper, paint and low VOC oil based stains during The Crafty Nest
workshops. I agree to be responsible for any damages to The Crafty
Nest’s tools, equipment or facilities, to the extent and in the I cause such
damages.
I recognize there may be certain risks in participating in a Crafty Nest workshop, and I agree to take precautions and observe all Crafty Nest policies, recommendations, directions, rules and warnings. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and my personal belongings.
I further agree to release and discharge The Crafty Nest for any injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in workshops or my presence in The Crafty Nest studio whether caused by me, The Crafty Nest or any third party. AND BY THIRD PARTY WE ARE REFERRING TO THE DUM DUM NEXT TO YOU WHO SQUEEZED THE STAIN BOTTLE TO MUCH AND SPILLED WEATHERED GRAY ALL OVER YOUR MINOLOS THAT YOU STUPIDLY WORE TO CRAFT NIGHT.
